Manfred "Manny" Perez

July 14, 1978 - December 19, 2009

It is with a sad and heavy heart that we announce the death of one of our friends, team-mate, and captain. Manfred Perez also known to many of us as Manny past away on December 19, 2009 due to health complications. As many of us know Manny was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He was caring, encouraging, and very compassionate. He was one of the Bronx APA's first team captains and took pride in the league becoming one of the people that every player trusted. It's no secret that as a player he wasn't the best but as a person he was one of a kind. Manny, we will miss you. Our prayers go out to your family and friends and the Bronx APA will never be the same without you. Rest in Peace, You will never be forgotten.
